Description
The BRUCE BRC-T373G (often denoted as BRC-T373G-Z) is an electromechanical integrated button attaching machine designed for industrial apparel production. It features a built-in servomotor/stepping drive system and functions primarily as a chain stitch machine equipped with a clamp feed and raised bed.
Key Features
- Stitch Options & Layouts: The machine can securely sew both 2-hole and 4-hole buttons. It accommodates configurations for parallel (
=) and horizontal (-) stitch schemes. - Computerized Interface: A digital control panel mounted directly on the machine head eliminates the need for mechanical intervention when changing the stitch density. Users can instantly switch the number of punctures between 8, 16, or 32 stitches via a one-key setup.
- Automated Operations: It is equipped with an automatic presser foot lift and an automatic thread trimmer driven by a stepping motor, which optimizes workflow continuity.
- Noise and Safety Enhancements: Built using noise-reduction technology, the presser foot lifting sound is notably dampened, and overall sewing noise is capped around 73 dB compared to the 78 dB standard of conventional electromagnets. It also features built-in needle protection tech to drastically mitigate needle breakage and skipping.
- Material & Device Adaptability: Highly optimized for thin to medium-thick materials (such as shirts, coats, and workwear). The structural panel configuration allows seamless integration with various external automatic button feeding devices on the market without creating spatial interference.
